A France name.

It is always hard when comes to introduce my name. Hard to remember, to pronounce it properly, even hard to imagine how to spell them. So i was thinking to have an English name for things to go easy. But, i have no idea whether it sounds nice or suits me.

True Fitness

Tired of counting my days that i have wasted. I would admit, I'm afraid to live alone. Can you imagine that you gotta go to work on your own, walk alone on the streets, go out for lunch, and everything by your own. Crazy right? Nobody can even be there to talk! I could cry a river and drown the whole world i tell you.

So, passed 3 days were my training at True Fitness before i officially started to work for the company as a sales consultant i supposed. Training days were fun.

We have some brief introductions on the first day, where we were being toured around by the manager. The center has 3 floors, including the gym, aerobic and dancing classes, True Yoga, swimming pool and True Spa. Their facilities and work out machines are great too. Nice environment and costly of course.

On the second day, the manager taught us about the pricing part. And we were asked to present to him after he had demonstrated for once. Some were stammering, mumbling and i was struggling hard to recall back whatever he had said. Due to nervousness, some of us cracked out some funny jokes! I laughed a lot, ended up a stomachache. There was a chinese girl, who said 7000 instead of 700. LOL Then the malay, she was introducing the cardiowave machine, which actually helps to burn down the calories on your lower part. But she was saying "this can help to burn your lower part!" I couldn't control myself from not laughing. HAHAHA~~

Then, yesterday was my last day of training. We were assigned to have a trainer for each of us to learn the functions of the machines. There came a little misconception, the trainers thought we were coming to sign up for the memberships. However, I have went through all sorts of training and only the trainer realised i will become one of the staffs. She made me run 5 min/km for 10 minutes!!! And I tried all kinds of machines, for upper body front and back muscles, lower body front and back muscles, for the abs, sit up for 20 times, leg muscles, and blabla bla! A total of 7 different machines. Later i asked others, they just have 4 or 5 kinds only! Grr, I felt a little regretted of letting the trainer knows that i was an athlete.

Then I drove home and fell flat on my bed until this morning!

Things i must see before i die. The southern lights and the midnight sun!

The aurora borealis can be seen various places in the world, within the polar circle. It is often described as dancing lights.
The northern light has always had something magic about it, something mysterious. It is a beautiful occurrence and it looks like something straight out of a fairytale.

Large magnetic storms are most common during the peak of the eleven-year sunspot cycle or during the three years after that peak.^{[citation needed]} However, within the auroral zone the likelihood of an aurora occurring depends mostly on the slant of IMF lines (known as B_z), being greater with southward slants.

The sun really never goes down at this time of year. This shot was taken at midnight. Imagine all the people there, kids play until midnight! Wow. Great.

The midnight sun is a phenomenon occurring in latitudes north and nearby to the south of the Arctic Circle, and south and nearby to the north of the Antarctic Circle where the sun remains visible at the local midnight. Given fair weather, the sun is visible for a continuous 24 hours, mostly north of the Arctic Circle and south of the Antarctic Circle. The number of days per year with potential midnight sun increases the further poleward one goes.

There are no permanent human settlements south of the Antarctic Circle, so the countries and territories whose populations experience it are limited to the ones crossed by the Arctic Circle, i.e. Canada, united states of America (Alaska), Denmark (Greenland), Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia, and extremities of Iceland. Went for girls day out with gladys and feng this afternoon. We streamed in the crowds like great pieces to the puzzle in Sunway Pyramid. In a pool of drunken shoppers that seems to have unlimited cash, we act as one of them. Got myself a pair of skinnies and feng managed to grab a pair of heels. After getting signals from our stomach, we stopped by at Wendy's to feed ourselves. *Eat, talk, laugh*

Gladys went off earlier, leaving me and feng to continue our window shopping.

Discounted items are like hot cakes. Within seconds, they gone. At every sight, you could find people are everywhere in all directions. Even so, me and feng went endless round of flipping and choosing before deciding the perfect ones in each shop. You couldn't imagine how fussy at times a girl can be.

You will understand what i mean when you observe those guys that had been neglected aside. Their bored, frustrated, dead expression while waiting for their wives or girlfriends. Be smart, never bring them along if you decided to shop for the whole day. Be ready for 100% to get mood ruined. LOL. Unless, your partner is going to pay for all the bills, consider twice maybe. *evil*

What to do, brand among brands always make our eyes and heads go giddy.

The day i crawl out of hell.

Ever getting a call which can makes you jump around?

I did. I mean i really jump like a mad fellow. Don't worry, I was alone at home. And the call is from? True fitness! Haha, right i was informed to go for the training on Monday.

As a consultant.

I didn't give in that much of hopes at first because they sound like they have enough of people already. At least for now, i no longer have to stone and get rotten at home. Going to busy myself!

And my little cookies bussiness didn't get expected feedback. No people wanna support me. LOL.

Who cares, I got a job now.

Living In An Emtpy Shell.

I woke up a little sad this morning.

Couldn't remember the dream which was just a second ago before i jarred open my eyes for no reason! But I know that I hadn't wanted it to end.

I tried to figure out what time was it with my sleepy vision, 9.25am?? Ha, no! It was already 5.45pm!! One good thing of my room is there is no distinct boundary between daylight and darkness. But this totally shake up my routine. Miserable yeah? I stay up way too late, messing around, watching some meaningless dramas, sorta killing myself.

Stared down at my left arm, the burn mark is still there. No longer pain, it was not my first time though.

I got my tongue burnt when i excitedly tossed a fresh baked cookie into my mouth, cut my finger when i stared blankly at the vegetables, burnt my hand when i wasn't paying attention to what i was doing, even when i m driving on the road, soulless body simply making turns and breaks. That's right, living a life numbly is what i am doing lately.

Is growing up a process of repeatedly doing the same thing for everyday? How dull.

Until one morning, I aware that others else are doing themselves really busy except myself. I am way too lifeless. After the schooling life, there are two routes waiting ahead. Here i stand, the crossroads of crossroads. As I jaywalk each street in a cycle of idleness, I grow weary of playing the mortal game.

I made some calls, desperate for jobs. At least my target now is money. Isn't better than stare blankly at computer and repeat some dull chores.

Tomorrow i am going for an interview. Sad that my confidence do not last long, like a firefly that keeps blinking! Then my dad scolded me that it is just an interview, people don't hire you doesn't mean that end of the world. Okay, let's take it easy and good luck.

Let your taste buds do a happy dance.

Let me introduce you my '3AM PAN CAKE'. LOL. Last few months, I used to bake these pan cakes during my midnight oil burning time to cure my boredom. It is easy, less cleaning job and quick to be served. Besides, the ingredients are easy to memorise.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Finally leapt into 2009.

I blunder about in the year of 2008, trying to figure out things caused by curiosity. More questions, more understanding and a lil grown up. Basically, most of them gotta do with my life and things are getting interesting yet tougher each time. Sometimes i made terrible blunders, leaving mess behind and run away from reality. Of course, i framed down my own bittersweet memories. Learnt to decide how bitter and how sweet i want them to be. I also made some new and great friendships with all my form 6 mates! I lOVE YOU GUYS! It seems that another chapter had comes to the end, even it was rough and tumble, but still i survived and leapt over the year of 2008. Here comes my 2009! I say HI. Let's make my 1st wish for the year of 2009, I want all my friends and family to be happy always. Simple and great! LOL

Here, I would like to share my new year eve night out with Bing see. Out of plans, we just go wherever our hearts favored. 4.30pm, we were in Puchong Jaya. Next moment, we got ourselves in Sunway Pyramid and desperate for the fireworks at night. But the payment disappointed us, each person needs 50 bucks for entry.

So we backed to Puchong and were deciding to go Putra Jaya. For some reasons, we ended up ourselves at Saujana Puchong. There, we found a breezy hill. We just sat down and did some chitchat[mostly non sense], 'picnic', feed some blood to the mosquitoes and those small lil ants.

Then i overnight at her house, because my dad did not allow me to drive home alone so late night. Watched Death Note 3 until 3.30am. Then off to bed.

Next morning, she drove me to puchong jaya to collect my car and we went to IOI mall. Nothing much, had our lunch at Sub-way. Overall the food was yummy, but the order food procedures were a lil confusing and awkward.







She said the bread tasted confused. LOL. Too many fillings inside the bread all mixed togethter.
